Naoto Fujishima
Dr. Naoto Fujishima received B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hokkaido University, Japan, in 1985. After his graduation, he entered Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. in the same year. Then, he received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees both in Electrical and Computer Engineering form University of Toronto, Canada, in 1998 and 2003, respectively. He is transferred to Europe Research and Technology Center (ERTC) in Fuji Electric Europe GmbH in 2013. His mission in the position is enhancement of research collaboration of Fuji Electric in global bases, especially in Europe and China area, with their customers, universities and other research organizations.
Fumio Nagaune
Dr. Fumio Nagaune received the M.E. degree in electric engineering and the D.E. degree in Material engineering from Shinsyu University, Nagano, Japan, in 1987 and 2002, respectively. In 1987, he joined Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. He is currently developing IGBT modules for EV/HEV applications. He is a manager of development section of IGBT module for EV/HEV applications.
Takashi Saito
Mr. Takashi Saito received the Master degree in chemistry and material engineering from Shinsyu University, Nagano, Japan in 2008. After that, he joined Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. Matsumoto Factory. He is working on the research and development of packaging technology for power semiconductor modules.
Kai Yang(杨锴)
Ms. Kai Yang received the Bachelor degree in Electric Information Engineering from Xiangtan University in 2003. During 2003-2005, she worked as an Electric design engineer for power supply in Delta Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. After that, she joined Fuji electric (China) Co., Ltd., engaging in technical support for semiconductor discrete products in China up to now.
