The Seventh International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems(ICEMS2004) was held on November 1-3,2004 in Korea. Over five hundred delegates of 27 countries attended this conference and 412 papers were adopted. China electrotechnical society organized 45 delegates coming from China academy of sciences, Tsinghua university, Zhejiang university etc. At this conference, our university published 6 papers. Prof. Ye yunyue attended this conference as conference programme committee. He also made an oral presentation of paper Research on the Long-stator Linear Synchronous Motor of Maglev and posted five papers such as Hybrid Excitation Research of Linear Synchronous Motor in Maglev, Sliding Mode Based Optimal Wheel Slip Controller for an Antilock Braking System of Electric Vehicle, The Communication System Design of In-wheel Motor Driven EVs and so on.
