On the afternoon of Dec. 23th, 2009, Mr.Kurachi Kazuhiro, the senior engineer of Mitsubishi Power Device, delivered a lecture named " Mitsubishi HVIGBT For High Power Application" in the lecture hall of
Mr.Kurachi Kazuhiro graduated from Electric Engineering Section of Kyushu Sangyo University in 1989 and he has been working in Mitsubishi Electric Co. for 20 years.The first 13 years,he worked for development of high power deices; such as Diode,Thyristor, GTO thyristore and GCT Thyristor(Gate Commutated Turn-off Thyristor) and some patents were acquired.Since 2003, he has been working for the development of HVIGBT modules.
